Create a physical deck

Turn cards you own into a real assembled deck, and understand what that does to your availability.

Physical or virtual: pick deliberately

A physical deck is a real assembled deck. Cards slotted into it are marked as committed and stop showing as available, because they are in a deck box rather than loose in a binder. Disassembling the deck returns them.

A virtual deck is a planning or wishlist deck. It has no effect on availability and can contain any card, including ones you don't own.

Brew one

  1. Go to Decks and start a new deck.
  2. Choose physical when asked for the type.

If you're only sketching an idea, choose virtual and convert it later.

  3. Add cards from your collection.
  4. Watch the availability counts as you go.

The app flags over-allocation when two physical decks want the same copy.

Starting from something that already exists

You don't have to start from an empty list. A precon can be imported as a deck, and an existing virtual deck can be converted to physical once you own enough of it. The conversion tells you which cards you're still missing.

Deck analysis works on either type. You can check a curve and a legality before committing any cardboard to it.
