Import a card list

Paste an Arena-format list, or upload it as a text file, and add the whole thing to your collection in one go.

When you already have the list

Scanning is for a physical stack; importing is for cards that are already written down. Import Collection is the third tab of the same page as Scan Cards and Look Up Card.

Run an import

1. Open Import Collection.
2. Paste an Arena-format list, or upload it as a .txt file.

   One card per line: 1 Card Name (SET) 123 (quantity, name, set code, collector number). Add *F* at the end of a line for a foil copy or *E* for an etched one; tags other tools add after the number are ignored.

3. Start the import and read the report.

   It tells you how many cards landed, and lists any line it couldn't place with the reason why.

Lines that fail don't stop the rest. Fix just those lines and run them again; importing the whole list a second time adds every card again. A long list goes in a few hundred lines at a time with a progress bar. If it stops partway, import the same list again and choose Import the rest to finish without doubling what already went in.
